    I received my new light from petstore.com today and was very excited to set it up.. Well after meticulous installation I placed it atop my tank, pushed a button and got a flicker! damn.. well as it goes I received a unit with bad lamps.. So I call petstore.com to see what their reccomendation is and the guy gives me the run around and generally snobbed me and said to call AquaticLife, then we can go from there. Well a quick call to AquaticLife was answered by a man named Jon who was quick to help me and answer my questions. He said they had a bad batch of bulbs that went out but he was sending me new ones and not to worry about the snobs over at petstore.com.
    So within 5 min of getting off the phone with Jon, I get an email from him with a tracking number for my new lights.. Thats the kind of customer service I like to see.. Other than that, the fixture looks great and I cant wait for the lights to come in.. Oh and Ill post pics of it soon in my 30gallon thread soon.. :)

    Sorry to hear about yor bulbs but glad you got a quick reasonable responce. Got to be aggravating,sitting there with the light fixture AND bulbs and can't use them. It's like when you would open this real neat present for Christmas and want to play with it but dad says "oops, I forgot the batteries,I'll get some when the stores open up." ....lol

    that is exactly how I feel.. Its frustrating.. The moonlights do work, so atleast I have something cool to look at

    I feel like they might be.. or atleast the same company is in charge of their web services.. they seem to offer very similar services/products..

    Petstore.com is the same people at marinedepot. I would call into Marinedepot and log a complaint, they do not tolerate bad customer service there at all.

    I thought so...cause there is a petstore.com tab on marinedepots home page. I have been happy with everything ordered from marine depot. Usually the lowest price...and lightning fast shipping.
