    Hey all, Just wondering what people think about aquaticlife as a brand, planning on diy lighting for my summer project, and am looking at aquatic life reflectors and ballast

    They are vary solid from what I have read. you should be quite happy with them.

    I've been running the AquaticLife 4x24w T5HO unit for over a year now. Never an issue, great unit. Company has wonderful customer service.

    I've also been running the AquaticLife 4x24W T5HO fixture... and I got mine used.... and it's YEARS old and still working great! Occassionally 2 of the bulbs won't come on, and I called customer service. Immidiately he shot right to a loose connection from the fixture to the balast. I unscrewed everything and wiggled the wires, he was right... just a loose connection! Customer service is great and they know how to help you and the fixture is working fantastic! Greatly built products that last years and years if you take proper care of them IMO.
