    It depends on the system as to whether I would run this or not. If you are way under feeding your tank and way overskimming this stuff works great. I have friends that run barebottom tanks and swear by the stuff. If you don't fall into these catagories, I think it's just more pollution to dump into your tank

    I use this stuff religiously as well as the rest of the line and i am happy with the results!
