    Do i drilled a hole in the bottom of sink water pipe and install it? And turn the water? I dont see any power cord to turn the system on? I am new to this RO system. Please help, thanks

    If you get a reef setup a reasonable lighting system that is very good is a t5 which would be fine for most corals, but if you add clams your best bet would be a metal halide system.

    it depends on the quality of everything number of bulbs etc. good T5 systems can allow clams to grow.

    I am undecided to which "RETURN PUMP" I should go with, I am new to this also. I have a 40g sump, so about 30g water volume in my sump. 30x10= 300. So I will need about 300 GPH return pump. I don't know to go with an "EXTERNAL" OR "INTERNAL" return pump. I want 1 get the job done and not alot of noise. Any reccomend please?

    " I know I have ask alot of question, but this is my 1st time reefing, thank all for reading my mess and helping me out "

    After 2 weeks of drilling and installing the overflow... clean it with white vinegar... waiting for it to dry... here are some pics...

    do I have to rinse it with water again after I clean it with vinegar?

    The skimmer have arrived today, is Reef Octopus 150 Needlewheel , company did A++ job packaging. I have it install and set up in my 40g breeder sump..
