Hey Ardo-Ski how many T5's are you running on that?? I thinking about this same exact tank right now.

Also I have a question about the overflow. I know they come stock with the corner. Did you have them put that overflow in from Marineland or was it something through the store you bought it through. I want a center overflow so it hides it on the back wall. Thanks for the thread though! I had to get the link from a buddy of mine on RC. Later Ryan

Currently running 8 with 4 of them on A Ice Cap and other 4 split between 2 workhorse ballasts. The tank was custom order from Marineland with the over flow moved to the middle and the drain for a 1.5" bulk rather than the 2 1" bulkheads they do stock. It was only $50 more to have that done including the bulkhead. Originally I bought there stand so I could get the warranty, but because of the custom work I only got a 1 year on the tank. This was found out after I picked them and got home to find a paper stating limited warranty. So I called the store they couldn't believe it either and called the sales rep which said that is the way it is. So they let me return the stand since they knew the only reason I was buying it was for the warranty. The overflow works fine, but I think I would of just had them drill hole and had the LFS but in one of their acrylic ones with teeth all the way around it. Think the Marineland one is a better design for the corner, but I didn't like how it would show up in the place I was putting the tank. The quality of thank is great and if I ever upgrade would buy another one form them.

Yeah thats what I was thinking about. I have plenty of black acrylic to make a overflow. Thanks for the info and lets see some more pics :) Later Ryan

Well started moving some frags up from the sump in the basment. Letting them get used to the T5's.

Need to add a Nano Stream in the corner to keep things moving.

Very nice. Looks like you are invading the Mandarins territory. :)

Thanks!! Yeah it's funny I do not know if the thicker glass makes a reflection on the glass, but he will swim my and puff everything out. I was worried about the amount of flow and how he would handle it, but it doesn't seem to bother his swimming. Just moved some more coral in from my downstairs sump.

Looking good Chris, be careful that you don't cook your corals with the T-5s, I seem to melt Acans.
