Have 2 54watt 10k bulbs and 2 actinic 54 watt bulbs for a total of 216 watts on my 72 gallon so it's like 3 watts per gallon.

Can I only keep soft corals?

You should be able to keep LPS and some low light SPS as long as they are on the top of the rocks also. If you want high light loving SPS, change out the actinics for blue bulbs.

Agreed. Other choices other than actinic are Aqua blue Plus or Actinic Plus.

The blue light actually says actinic+

Should I keep the 2 of each? Actinic and 10k

Also have the led lights, what kind of schedule do you suggest?

If the actinic say actinic+ then you can keep anything you want. If you can run the blues 10 to 12 hours a day and the whites 8 to 10 hours a day. Have 1 hour of blues only on each side of the whites' time.
