in the last 2 to 3 weeks i have had a majano outbreak on a polyp frag that i bought from my lfs about 3 months ago. they seem to be affecting the health of the polyps. is there any better way than joes juice to get rid of them? any critters? or could i just pull the frag from the tank and cut them off?

I dont think it does any good to cut them. Get the aptasia x and get the syringe with the needle tip. Make sure you mix it well, It tends to get pasty after a while.

    Those are Aptasia 100%

A quick search will give you hundreds of threads on how to get rid of them

I simply use kalk paste and apply directly onto it. I have had both majano and aptasia and this works very well for both. I place a lot on it just to be safe!

If you cut them they will just grow back. If any cut pieces get loose in your tank they will produce new anemonees.

You can try peppermint shrimp, aptasia X, Joes's juice, or seal them in their rock with the epoxy puddy.
