I cannot believe the price on these--seems too good to be true. A well respected LFS was using this on one of his reef tanks. What do you think?

It will be good for LPS and softies, possibly for lower light needing SPS

That is a good price- but what bulbs are included, and what type of switching? 3 way - 2 way , or just on/off.

I have an Odyssey PC fixture on my 110 gal (4'), FW tank and all but one of the LED's went out after 2 years, and the fans also died 6 mos after I had the fixture, but the ballsts are still all running the four 65 watt PC bulbs.

Sunlight supply has a very similar fixture for nearly the same money. But I have no experience with it.

just use different bulbs than oddysea's brand, i used them at first then changed to coralife pc's and got better mh's and the difference of the bulb quality was huge, oddyseas seemed cheap and burnt rather fast, im having much better results with the better bulbs and oddysea fixture

agree with the decent for the price rating, but keep in mind the price is like the cheapest out there.

i have a 4' 216w with 4 leds. cost me 100$ and has been very good for the price. iv changed the bulbs tho as the stock are crap(but most are). i have a mixed reef and it seems to be a little on the low end for sps (green monti is not looking to hot) but all in all its a good starter unit. just know that its cheap and cant compare to high dollar, individual reflector and overdriven units.

Easy to work on and unbeatable price. I do suggest replacing the stock bulbs.

They are very good quality for the price. The ballasts are barely warm after running for 12 hours. This is on the 24" version. My moonlight leds have pinched wires but a little wiggling fixes it.
