I think this thread has gone down a rather different bunny trail...How thick is your glass Otty? With that 265, It's gotta be huge. there was a 180g cube at the LFS that you could pretty much bury me in. Along with extras.

 

He for me its not the money its the value and quality.
For example, floating and getting the coraline in one swipe is a value add.

Sinking to the bottom and swiping for 20 minutes for one spot is not.

I am really just getting tired of buying stuff and having it be junk. I got burned on the CPR Dual Backpak, Via Aqua Multi Skimmer, Nova Extreme, and a few other junk items.

After flushing away over a grand on crap, one tends to get a bit sour.

I guess my philosophy is different.

I look at like, i just need to make more money; because we all end up buying things that might not work right or we don't want/need.

Like when i wanted a skimmer, i sold my iPhone and used that money to get it

Wish i still had my phone but i like skimmer more

I don't care if i have to deliver pizzas...im getting those calcium and nitrate probes

But you should be glad that you made those mistakes because in the future youll probably end up saving 10 times that amount

Ok my LFS just recently got one like this, it had the same picture on it anyways, on their main display tank. I always play in their store cleaning their tanks with their magnet cleaners. So I went to do the same with the new one they got. I couldnt even move it. They made fun of me, but I had to seriously put my whole body weight into it to move it just a little.
I know Im a girl but I take credit in being somewhat able to hold my own, I practically setup my whole tank by myself, and some of that stuff was heavy. And that sucker was strong. I would get one if I could move it. So if you are a weakling I wouldnt get it

There is a warning label that comes with the unit that states if you get the two piece stuck together you will have to send it back to them to separate. I kept my box just in case I ever done it by mistake.

Stupid question...I know these magnets are very strong...I have a 135g tank and just installed a 72g bowfront (plus a couple smaller ones) ...recommendations on getting 1 and using it for all tanks..or should I get 2 as my fear is..continually removing these is the magnet so strong that it would risk breaking the tanks moving them between the two.

Anybody transfer these between more then 1 tank?
