OK I would like to see what the consencis is on using A&H over Kents superbuffer DKH for reef tanks.
I have been using kents Marine Aquarium buffer and it states on the container the Kents superbuffer is better recomended for reef tanks and it made me think were is the difference between the three.
    any ideas:)

I use A&H. I spend the money I save on livestock and good equipment for the tank. Don't need a name brand for it to be good.

I think that many ppl who have been using the name brand buffers will start to use A&H as the economy gets worse.

The difference between Marine Buffer and Super Buffer is the amount of Boron in it. Boron will raise your dKH but it is not usable for corals to put into their skeletons. If you have a lot of LPS and SPS corals, you would want to use Super Buffer.

Yes, you need to bake it for most tanks.
