IMO - The action of the water change put a lot of very oxygenated water into the tank
it occurs whenever I pour water into my tank took quickly, you do get a lot of bubbles created, which have been taken into the skimmer and will gradually be released

give it a couple of days and I am sure it will be back to normal

The skimmer isn't fully broken in yet so give it a few more weeks. Also if that was freshly mixed it can cause the skimmer to bubble like crazy. Mix the water then run a pump for several hours to a day to get the water stabilized.
