    I have a friend that is a tattoo artist that wants me to get three canvases and he wants to paint a fish sliced in three. Lol. I'm still skeptical of how it would look.

    that is really cool rolo! the only thing I can add is that whatever you choose (I really like the 3D idea you have) keep in mind that salt creep will get to it. I have two framed pictures above the tank on each side in the corner and both frames accumulate salt creep. If you go with metal, you'll probably want to make sure you keep it cleaned regularly (I guess I'm kind of admitting I don't regularly clean my hanging pictures :)).

    I have two paintings my wife's grandmother did of the port in Northport long island. They are not directly over the tank but near it. Goes well w the theme in the room as we have 2 tanks in the room. I don't think I would want something directly behind the tank. The tank is beautiful and want it to stand out
