    I would dip it in a mix of tank water and iodine. Follow the dosage recommendations on the bottle of iodine and dip the coral for 3-5 minutes.

    ive had the same problem with my torch coral, dont know what it is but i only now have one actual head of tentacles:( it was my first piece i bought for this new tank 2 years ago . would coral branches that are left over from a polyp or something die off it , water parameter problems??:confused:

    That's because if Brown Jelly Disease isn't treated, it will first spread to the other polyps and then to other Euphyllia species (hammer, frogspawn, etc) as well as many other species of LPS. If it gets bad enough, it will eventually go after SPS and softies too.
