At a stalemate yet again...

Well I've tried A LOT to seal all the leaks on my Biocube but they just keep on coming... so I'm gonna draw the line right there; I'm gonna just get another one through warranty although IMO its a POS when the freaken mailman F***s it up during delivery! So I'm gonna try to get a new one through the warranty; if not im gonna be super pissed off...

 

Damn man that sucks, you cant get your money back and just get a regular tank at lfs?

Well anyone have a link that leads to the warranty? i cant find it and i wanna make sure that its under warranty but if its not im just gonna lie and say that this POS wasnt modified in any way. nvm i found it now XD

 

nah I'll just call and they better give me a replacement or I'll still be super pissed lol. I'd like to start my own SW tank with a plain empty tank and add a sump but I think I'll just stick to something that practically comes with everything for now...

 

Why didn't you return when you first found out about it?. If I was in your position, I wouldn't even accept it. You and your dad didn't pay for a cracked tank. I don't know if they will replace, you didn't return it when you first found out, and the crack kept progressing. I would say you have a 25% of getting a new one. I think your out of your 30 days.
