If the refund falls through, empty the tank, find the leak and fix it. Depending on where it is, I believe that super glue would fix it. I use some at work that come in different viscosities. One is extremely thin and will flow into just about any hairline crack. I use it to fix fissures in marble and granite. I've also used it to fix small pinhole leaks in my aquarium plumbing. For you, finding the leak would be the hard part.

It can't be that bad if it has water in it now. It's worth a try, otherwise you are looking at getting a different tank. You have solutions, they just aren't very attractive. That's the way it is sometimes. You'll figure something out. ;)

Here is a semi useful way to find the leak: Wrap the top with celephane and try to make it as waterproof as possible. Fill a bath tub up with warm water and place the cube in it (pending the tub is deep enough). Watch where the water goes into it and that is where your leak is. If you want to seal it go to a hardware store (if dad permits if not insist its an emerancy LOL) and ask an associate if there is anything that can be used to seal a leak on an aquarium in (spots that leak was found) and they should be able to help you. :) Hope it helps!!

i remember you got two offers for a free tank from VERY generous reefers, in one of your previous threads about this leak problem. if it doesnt work out, just take a break, get a summer job, (at your lfs if you have one, added benefits etc.) i know what your going through though, my parents never realize when i actually NEED something. good luck though
