I am a newbie to this forum. I accidentally ran into this forum here about three weeks ago and have been here almost every night to learn a lots of valuable info from all of you.

I have a 4x 54w T5 fixture for my 60 gallons tank with, 5 fishes (maybe little too much), zoanthids, GARF Bonsai Purple, Blues tennis, others acros, xenia, frogspawn, candy Cain, mushroom, ricordeas, orange and purple Yumas.

I am planning to upgrade my current lights to all Ati lights and would like to hear from your inputs and feedbacks.

I would like to have the blue color for my light combo, which promotes growth, color and aesthetic.

Below are my light combo options, pls advice and why?

Options # 1 (from front to back and all Ati lights)
    blue +
    blue +
    aquablue special
    Purple +

    Options # 2
    aquablue special
    purple +
    blue+
    blue+

    Options # 3
    blue+
    purple +
    aquablue special
    Blue+

Thank you much in advance for your feedbacks and sorry for a long post.

    Steve

Option 3 is my suggestion from your list. Switch the Purple Plus and Aquablue Special if you want the tank to look whiter.

Thank you much for your quick responsed 2in10. I have seen and viewed the pictures that you posted for you tank...truely awesome looking tank and corals. One day my will be like yours ;D;D;D

How much more blue b/t option # 1 and option # 3? I am very confident that options # 3 that you suggested is a good choice of light combo for my setup based on your experience. I am still exploring to see, which color combo is best for my preference.

    Thx.

Thank you for your inputs. I am sure this light combo is awesome as well. Would it be possible if you can post a picture of your purple plus ans aquablue special when you have a chance?

It will look quite blue with option #1. Ideally you want to mix the colors as much as possible so option #3 is the best. I ran option #3 and my tank had a purple tint to it and seemed sort of dark. Swapping the PP and AS made the tank look brighter and more blue.
