My fixture came and I'm ordering my ATI bulbs tomorrow so I want to make sure I get the correct spectrum for my LPS corals, clams and fish. I was thinking of 2 blue+, 1 coral+ and 1 aquablue special. Sound about right?

That is good. I prefer to have another coral + in place of the aquablue. It is less bright and in my experience less likely to brown out coral. You will want to have the fixture at least 30" above your sand to help keep from light inhibiting your LPS.
Check out my build thread, the link is in my sig.

The fixture in using is a 36" quad T-5. The bulbs are 39 watts each, do you think that will still be efficient at 30" above my sand bed? I really appreciate all the info sir.

It most definitely will be more than sufficient.
