    I have a Hamilton hood with 2x175 mh and 2x40watt t-12's I need to replace my 40's should I replace them with super atinics or a mix of 2 different bulbs?

    URI Super Actinics 420nm light spectrum, you will love the look and the corals love them.

    URI Fluorescent Light Bulbs

    I believe they are now ULV series lights.

    those are the bulbs I bought I thought it might be to much.

    Too much actinics?? No you will love the look they give you. I run mine 16 hr a day so I only have to burn the MH's for 7 hrs and the coral grow very well. I always replace the actinic bulbs every 6 months because of the length of time I burn them.
