ATO is turning on every ~1.5 minute. Turns on for 12-15 sec at a time. If I turn off the ATO I can physically see the water line in my sump drop.

This has happened once or twice before in the past couple months but then went away. Salinity never seemed to be an issue.

I checked the salinity last night and it was 1.024-1.025. I checked the salinity tonight and it's ~1.022.

I can see NO visible leaking or puddling anywhere around the tank. I've checked several times....on my knees against the floor, with a flashlight.

I'm pretty sure evaporation is no where near this fast.

    I'm baffled. :help:

Do you happen to have a float switch that may be stuck? Telling the pump to keep filling or the ATO hooked up to a controller?

My ATO unit turns on/off frequently. Make sure to check if the floater is stuck or grimy

I'm using the Tunze Osmolator Nano. Float switch is operating normally. It's turning on because the water in my sump keeps dropping....fast enough to physically watch when I turn off the ATO.

I had this problem when I had/ have problems with my overflow box and standpipes. What happened with mine is that the water wasn't flowing consistently through the standpipes causing the water to fluctuate in the sump.
What your seeing is that after time the ato water is filling up the return section so much that even with a fluctuation your water height is at or above where you want it to be until you get evaporation then it starts all over again.
I would check out your overflow/ standpipes as this might be where you problem lies. Mine ended up being an air issue in my standpipe.
    GL getting it resolved.

I concur. This problem sounds like it is drain related! If you've only started to see this recently, better check it sooner rather than later!!!!

No clog in drain pipe. Added salt this morning and salinity is back down again. So I have a leak then? I can see NO water around the stand...I repeat NO water anywhere on the floor. Am I really to believe that there is a hole in my tile floor perfectly below the center of my sump where the water is draining and I can't see???

Guess it's time to pull everything out.....awesome.

That salts going somewhere. Is your sump level stable? Kind of odd not seeing water, could it stay under the stand and soak through the floor?
