Can anyone help with how I can treat this outbreak in my tank? The resemble clusters of small green eggs and are spreading rapidly!

bubble algae , they can be removed by hand ,but take care to not pop the bubles as this will release spores into the tank

An emerald crab will most likely eat them. If you have a lot, get 2 or 3 emerald crabs. They are only about $5 each. It worked for me!

Thanks for the video waste management.

I had a bunch on a piece of branched LR that kept spreading between the branches. Bought an emerald crab to go after it but wouldn't touch it. I couldn't remove it so I had eventually bleach the rock.

You need to get this under control ASAP. Your's looks pretty easy to remove using waste management's approach.

I had some of these in my tank, on one rock. I tried sucking them out and it wouldn't work, they just came back. I finally took out the rock and scrubbed it thoroughly in my water-change water with a toothbrush. Took care of the problem.

I've always thought this was a cool looking algae - it can be quite aggressive in terms of spreading. Good to see you're getting on it early.

If only tangs would fit in a nano... Emerald crabs for emerald easter eggs... how ironic. Try a few emeral crabs. I had one bubble of algae a few months ago.. I used tongs, careful not to pop it. I had another last week.. took out the rock.. darn thing popped in my face.. glad I was wearin glasses... I always do when I pull anything out of the tank. Found another one in a total different place.. gonna get a few emeral crabs. That rock is at the base of my foundation.
