ugh... nothing new to really post but just a rant really... I am contemplating leaving the hobby, not for money reasons or anything, just bored and tired of not having any connection to it anymore. IDK, well see what the future holds.

Sorry to hear that, I hope you stick with it man! You've got one of my favorite tanks on here, and your growth shots are some of the best I've seen too! Maybe you just need something to regain the spark? Hows the tank been going the past month?

Thanks for the kind words. Things have been okay. I somehow managed to get some type of clove polyps on a frag plug that I brought in and they are everywhere. Like literally everywhere... I am about to pull the whole tank down and trash all the rock because of it. I considered going the bleach route, and just nuking it, but I figure if its all coming down its either going to a new tank or I'm just out.

Fortunately I was already planning on moving to a 120g so I've been in the process of trying to figure it out, you know see if starting a new reef is worth it to me or not.

Did add another leopard wrasse though, just a common melagris.. was an easy fish to get eating, and shes been doing great for 6 weeks now. And a few new Milli's from Vivid a few weeks back.

It's just hard, I don't know anyone who is into this hobby anymore, and with that comes a lack of connection to it. It's only fun when there are people to experience it with, you know?

Small teaser photo the Melagris leopard, gonna work on getting my girls camera together and I'll upload some better stuff.

    The leopard wrasse is awesome!

I know what you mean though, it would be a lot less fun if I didn't have a couple friends here I can talk to about it. (and a couple more planning on getting into the hobby soon)
Thats why this forum is so cool too though, people get excited with you and actually care about your success. Hopefully planning a sick 120 build will peak your interest again 8) Looking forward to more pics soon

I really hope you stay with it. You have a great tank, and I love all the wrasses you have.

Very true, 3reef is a great place. Yeah, I hope so too with the 120, but I am having a hard time sourcing one. A couple of our LFS are going out of business and the ones around that aren't want to charge me 1.5-2 times as much.

Gonna head to Nico's LFS and I think they might hook it up.

Thanks stick, I really appreciate it. I do love me some wrasses:cheesy: Still waiting on delivery of my Golden Rhomboid, and his companion Lineatus is ordered also if the 120 comes through.

Very true Nico! I just don't see you that often.;)
