Aussie Duncans Pricing

I was wondering what a fair price for these guys is? The lfs has them for $15 a polyp and the polyps are about dime size when open. I want some but I don't want to overpay. Thanks.

 

The way I look at any coral price is-If your willing to pay what they charge than why does it matter what the price is?If you like it and you think the price is fair-Buy it.Thats is how I always look at it.

I paid $30 for 4 heads a year ago. I wouldn't pay more than $5-10 a head depending on color. Common greenish purple $5. Solid purple $10.

 

I paid $10 as well.

That holds true if it's one of a kind. But why overpay for something I can get at several locations? I don't disagree with you but if I can get a similar coral at half the price why overpay? Just because I'm willing to pay what it costs? That's being wasteful in my opinion.
