    are they supposed to look like this? when i google search these corals they always look small and the tentacles are always defined... mines not so much..

    Yes those look just fine. Different tanks + different conditions = different growth forms :)

    What I have noticed with mine is that when it is hungry and hasn't eaten recently its tentacles are long. After it just eats, its tentacles are short and fat.

    i feed them every other day.. i would love to wait to seem them poop before i feed them but in the 3 months i've had them i have yet to see them do it...
