we'll I connected my discharge water line from my RO to the drainage of my in home sump pump...
Seems like my auto shut off valve is done for.
I think of this because my holding tank is full but my discharge is still running and thus making my sump pump produce tons of water being wasted...
I'm wondering what can be done...Do I go out and buy a new auto shut off or can thier be away around this matter...
I just don't like having to buy little odds and ends always...

You might try disassembling the ASOV and cleaning it but its usually best to replace it. They are only $12-$18 new. If you do get a 1 psi check valve too, the hav a more positive shutoff with the check valve in place.
