    Hey guy's, I am getting ready to order a new protein skimmer for my RSM130 and since I will be making a sumo for the tank I was looking for some thoughts on the Avast Marine CS1 skimmer

    Any thoughts on this skimmer "preferably from people who HAVE one" would be GREATLY appreciated

    Hello,

    I don't have one of their skimmers but they made acrylic stuff for me. I have know them for a couple years now and they build quality products. Just not a skimmer in my size:)
    Lot's of good reviews!

    I have one with a swabbie. Works great. See pics in my other threads. Good customer service if needed... Which i did. My wife knocked my newly finished skimmer off the shelf and onto the floor, shattering the base.

    I've had one for a while, and it works great. I like the flow control adjustment, very precise. Great company. They are always improving their products.
