The vid I saw, they were only snorkeling, and spearing some Huge fish!

Now if spearfishing bothers you somehow, I understand, and please don't view any ot them.

In fact I only watched one of them 'ONe fish-going east', or something like that.

In it was some Awsome photography of both small and large fish, dolphins, rays, groupers, etc., etc.

I think it's worth a watch..... again, if spearfishning bothers you somehow, I understatnd and please don't watch it.

PS- While I have Snorkeled and Scuba dove alot when I live in Fl., and some spearfishing, I have nothing to do with this videos, just found them by accident online

A sport is defined as:An activity involving physical exertion and skill in which an individual or team competes against another or others
I personally love these videos. Assuming you keep the fish you catch, its the same thing as catching fish in the ocean on a rod and reel. The disclaimer at the beggining of the video also states that spear fishing is the most sustainable form of harvesting fish.

    Thanks +1

You have to be fairly cardio fit to stay under any long length of time also.

You don't need great cardio to stay under for a long time. It helps but this is a sport where practice is the only way to get bottom time. Takes time to train your brain to ignore the CO2 buildup.
