Baby aiptasia on live rock?

I've been looking at my live rock and I've notice these clear, super tiny, anemone looking things. I tried to take a picture but they are too small to show up. I'm worried that they may be the beginning stages of Aiptasia. My tank has been running for a little over a year and I've noticed them for months, but they have never grown, just multiplied.
If they are baby aiptasia how can I get rid of them before they become adults?

 

Have you tried googling Hydroids and looking at the images?
