do you have any fish that might eat him in your DT? you could leave him there if he is safe from being chopped up by any pumps. if not you can place him in another tank and try to raise him there. i think your refugium would be the best place. never had baby fish so far so cant really help. congratz though!

    Congrats!
Looks safe in the fuge - is there a change it can get through your baffles?
As for foods - when I had baby bangaii I found that mysis was too large for them... I didn't really feed mine and 1 lasted 9 months until I found it on my Vortech. Perhaps some cyclopeeze? I am not sure - something meaty and finely minced... he won't need much. THe fuge might be enough of a food source with pods, etc.

He seems to be eating my pods in the refuge as there is very little flow thru there right now. Seems to be doing great I'll have to see how he does as it gets bigger and eventually move it to my display.

I would supplement its the diet with thawed frozen Cylcopeeze and crushed up flake food to ensure that it is getting enough food for long term growth.

Try hatching some brine for it, he should still be small enough to get benefits from them. Just make sure to feed them with the first day or so of the brine hatching as they lose a lot of nutritional value over time.
