Sorry no pics yet cause i can't put em' in yet because my water parameters are still too high, (cycling) my friend is watching them for me. But these things are adorable! They are a mated pare, and their so young that they only have the begginings of stripes. Hope my tank cycle is done tomorow ( ammonia is at 0, nitrite at 1), my birthday, so I can put them in. ;D

dont be in to much haste to add them though , how long has your tank been set up now?
if they are OK where they are, be 100% certain your tank is ready for them IMHO

Might as well wait it out completely - you will want a good foundation of bacteria to start a successful tank IMO.

This is doubtlessly one of the hardest and least rewarding times in this hobby - but tough it out - ask anyone on this forum if it's worth it to wait that extra week or two JUST to be sure . . . .

I'm def in that stage. And I just have to keep telling myself "I've waited this long, let's do it right.... I've waited this long, let's do it right..."

Haha, it's hard! But I'm sure it's worth it :)

That's awesome congrats! Are you sure they're a mated pair at that young of an age? When did they lay their first batch of eggs??
