Nah, if it is a baby jellyfish it wont hurt anything and will ( unfortunately ) die quite quickly or get eaten.

How did it get in there? Good question, and one of the marvels of having a marine tank, things seem to appear out of nowhere :)

They eat decapsulated brine shrimp eggs, or 1-2 day old baby brine shrimp. Some species need to be spot fed or a lot of free floating food. Hove you added any new LR lately?

no i havn't added anything in 2 months and now there is 6. i tried to take a pic but they are so small you couldn't see them. i was just worried they might hurt my fish or something. they are pretty cool to watch swim around. i'll try to take a pic when they get bigger.

As your tank ages you will see more and more life appear that you have no idea where it came from. This is what makes it so intresting!
i just recently noticed baby brittle stars in my tank, and ive never had one and the tanks a year old!
