I am a freshwater convert. Things went so well with freshwater, but my dream for years was to go salt. I was chicken. I didn't think to take pics of the transformation process! It's amazing how much I have learned!

My fam can stare at the tv while I stare at the tank.......and fish sites.....

I saw this on someones signature: "No hon, reef tanks aren't expensive...........

Me? Some ladies like to shop at department stores. I love the Lfs!

Just recovering from some brown slime, it was a lot worse!

Nice tank, that brown stuff on the sand is usually caused by to little flow across the bottom, just mess with the powerheads or add another one for some undertow and it should clear up

Also fish like gobys do a great job on that stuff :)

Thanks everyone! Yeah, I just haven't had time to get to the lfs to get another powerhead! Definately need another! I've had the starfish about 3 months so far. He travels a lot, and my rock had a lot of sponge on it the lfs said he likes that and mature algae. He is a Fromia Indica (Indian Brittlestar) from the Indo-Pacific and Japan. I got a new rock and with it came a jellyfish, tiny, but a jellyfish. I got a vid of him swimming I want to get on here. I also got tiny starfish?
I thought if I could handle a 20 gal...........a larger one would be easier!
