Ok, Thanks. Now for my next question about them is which blue to white color combination do you use over your tanks for the best coral growth and most pleasing to the eye. Don't mean to sound like an idiot or anything but when I had gotten out of this hobby LED's weren't around yet and I had been needing a conversation like this to try and understand them better.

 

Best spectrum for coral growth is between 10-12k (2 royal blue 3 cool white) (2:1 white:blue), but that is very yellow and makes your tank looked washed out. What you would want as a best of both is 15k (1 royal blue, 1 cool white, 1 blue, 1 warm white) (about 1:1 white:blue) . Most pleasing to the eye and best coral color would be 20k (1:2 white:blue) (3 royal blue, 2 cool white)

 

They have plastic clamps that screw in( I used my fingers). The lamps I got were 3 royal blue 1 neutral white 1 cool white. They are plenty powerful and I like the way they look. I like that the "stems" are adjustable so you could spotlight a corral or something if you so desired
