Man I suck at wood work. Really! I tried that's all I can say. I will bring in a pro to do it over. image.jpg
It looks okay in the dark. But just okay!

    Water parameters are:
    pH 8.0
    Ammonia 0
    Nitrite 0
    Nitrate 25
    Phosphate ~.5
    S.G 1.025
I didn't test KH and Ca as yet.
Noticed a diatom bloom this morning so thats a good thing. Hopefully, I would be able to stock a bit before Christmas.

Did no work on the lights as yet, still waiting on the other radion. I have three maxi jets providing some water movement till i can get a couple sea swirls or mp60s.

I added a phosphate reactor this evening to try to bring down the phosphate and some Chaeto in the sump.
Tomorrow I will be working on the ATO

Just finished the first draft of my scape. I may need some more rock image.jpg
Please excuse the dirty back glass. It's too hard to reach so I think I will just leave it let the algae and hopefully soon let coralline algae grow.
Ordered three led units but I will probably have to wait till next year for them to get here.

Looks like great progress. It is going to be awesome when you are done. I'll continue to follow.

I think the scape looks really natural - I wouldn't add too much more rock - I've never done a tank on your scale though so keep that in mind :)

    Thanks for the compliments.
I'm think that i want the back left corner to have some more rock. Probably one or two tall pieces as i plan to put montipora on that side to cover the frosted glass of the overflow. Or maybe I just glue the monti directly onto the glass.

Updated shots. Still waiting on my chiller and new lights. Added a kole tang and a Niger trigger. One of my favourites that Niger trigger so I will have to leave inverts out. Also added the maxspect gyre generator and a Vortech mp40. One more mp40 on the way and two jaebo wp15s. Got the UV light today. Will work on installing that tomorrow. image.jpg
