    thats way kooler then any life at my back porch, well i guess by the time my cats bring it to me it not really alive any more. I walked out my front door this morning to mouse tail and some bloody fuzz. so consider yourself lucky

    Rub it in why don't you.

    We live in the far NW suburbs of Chicago. For the last two years we've had a family of red foxes move in under our porch in the spring. We watch the little puppies running around on our porch. If the foxes didn't live there the skunks would move in. The only downside is having to clean up the rabbit feet in the front yard. Didn't bring those rabbits any luck.

    I look out my back porch and see a garage and occasionally a freight train going by. We enjoy shooting grackles (those dirty black birds) with BB guns, which make us sort of feel like we were living outside the city, where we wish we were!
