So far so good. He's eating brine and Rod's out of a turkey baster. He's no longer afraid of the baster and actually goes up to the opening and waits for the food.

From the research I've done I think it's important to make sure CBBs are eating before you buy them. Mine was eating brine at the store. It wouldn't accept mysis last time I tried.

My Yellow Tang is giving him a hard and chases him around the tank. The aggression is getting better now that it's day 3. I also have a mirror attached to the side of the tank. The YT sees its reflection and tries attacking it and it gives the CBB a break.

Well Im hoping the one coming from Cali will do better.

This one was eating at the store. Not thin for a butterfly fish of his type by any means. So I dont know what happened really.

The Cardinals I added are doing great. They ate everything I tried feeding for the butterfly. Brine, Mysis, Formula One Frozen, Carnivore Pellets. And my Wrasses favorite Flakes with Brine in them.... They By no needs need food for a while lol.

I forgot to mention that that I totally didnt pay attention at the store, So it may have been my fault but the guy netted the butterfly :\

Are they not supposed to net a butterfly to bag them?

Really, No fish should be netted. Can damage gills or fins.

This is why I stated in tatted4ever's thread about the new Koralias that I hate koralias and other pumps like that in the tank and with my new tank there won't be any. Just multiple outputs from a Blueline 70. But, I got crap for posting that....oh well, can never win!

Sorry for your loss gambit....hope the next one works out for you!

This is the 1st time I've had a fish do this. I have a Regal that when I got him was .75" and Was always coated in ick ( not anymore) Till he grew larger But his home for the night resides behind my Hydor K4. No issues ever with him.

lol And Tracys fish was her skimmer not a powerhead.
