150 gallon 72" x 18" x 28" or 180 Gallon 72" x 24" x 25" This is some that I am getting price quotes on right now. Any other suggestions. And I am going to check out the octopus skimmers as well. I have heard good thing about them to and I also have to check some out the John recommended. I just have to see if they are capable of this size.

you have to get the 180 the extra 6 inches will look great. i thought my 90 was to thin and it was 18".
the only other suggestion i have is decide what type of reef you want. since you have some expierence you should be able to decide if you want sps, lps, softies, or a mix of them. and decide if you want a bunch of different fish or some similar ones, i think some athias and chromis look great schooling. my last tank was hodgepodge, from that i learned its important to plan out the live stock also.

lighting just get high quality stuff. you may need halides at 25"

my tank is 24" deep and i have to remove my shirt if im goin to the bottom for something. its kinda funny always tell the wife i gotta go swimming. but deep tanks really give you alot of options as far as fish habitat, and placement for higher and lower light corals.

good point on the lighting zones.
i just remember seeing some guy buy a 200 gallon tank that was 3 or 4 feet deep. and i just though having to hold your breath is just rediculous. but there are always tongs.

I still have the 75 going for now until I figure what to do with the livestock. Thinking of a temporary housing

I will most likely go with the 180 and halides I am cool with since I am getting a canopy so I might have to get a chiller. I am going to want a mix of everything coral wise and I have a good idea of my fish plan.

Oooooo. A serious upgrade. Nice. Your lighting is going to be expensive. If you want to do it right, Teks for T5 or Meristar for MH. Lots of Koralias. Tanks this size are a little beyond me ITO skimming. The two I like are the PM Bullet-3 first and the ETSS 800XR second. And while you're at it, get one of those cool things that OTTY has, the thing that monitors pH, temp, etc. Oooooo, a calcium reactor. A phosphate reactor. A CHILLER!!!!!! Oh, I am having a good time now.
