My main tank is 120g With corner flow.

I have included the dimentions of the equipment in the sump.

Can you gusy tell me how my sump needs to be arranged with a fuge.

I need the dimensions of the baffles so i can have them cut today at the glass shop before they close.

    Thanks guys.

The tank is a standard 29 gallon tank. 30" long 18" wide and 11 3/4 inches deep.

I want a fuge on the right. A bubble trap etc. Just the basics.

well you are going to need enough room in the "900gph" pump so that it doesn't run dry. How many baffles do you want? What are the dimensions of the tank? I just made a sump out of a 20gal long and my baffles were about 10" for the first one, 8 for the first part of bubble trap, 11" for the second part and 7" for the final one where the pump is. That probably doesn't help you out much. It also depends on how high you want the water, it is usually good to leave some room so the water from the overflow can drain into it when the pump stops.

I posted the tank dimentions up there.

I want the water just high enough to run the pumps. I want to leave plenty of room for the drain line so that it wont flood.

you are going need to figure out when the pump stops how much water is put back into the sump. then you can figure out what your water height should be for the sump all the time. then you can figure out your baffle height. but you need to know how much water is going to return to the sump when power is out. For a 120 IMO i would go for a bigger sump, go big or go home

I would leave about 2-3" from the top to allow for power outtages. You want to run enough water to run the pumps, but not "just enough" because you run the risk of the pumps running dry or semi dry, which is a risk of fire, especially for a larger pump. Allow at least 5" waterline above the pump after you get the baffles dialed in.
