I went fishing today. When I got home, I still had 1 live bait shrimp left. So I put it in my tank. It doesn’t move much, but I just wanted to know if it will be okay in my tank. Will it try to eat my fish? Will it hurt my starfish? Or will it leave everything alone and live happily ever after?

That would depend on the size and species of the shrimp and what it feeds on naturally.

most stories i've heard along these lines is that they die. some live but I dont see why you would want one unless you had a preditor tank so it was just growing for food lol

    It’s 3’’ or 3 ¼ ’’ I don’t know what species. All I know is it’s just a bait shrimp?

Would a pic help? (Probably a dumb question:p)

If it gets energetic there could be problems.

It's probably not meant to live in warmer waters, it's probably a cold water species, so it most likely won't do well in the tank.
