Ballast gone? (Replacing a ballast on a 8 bulb tek elite)

    Hi Everyone,

    So I have a 4 foot 8 bulb Tek Elite fixture and recently the outer 4 lights stay on for 1 minute and then turn off. The Ballast is making a humming noise when running!

    Today I bought a Fulham workhorse 7 to replace the ballasts I currently have.

    I have unscrewed the fixtures outer casing and I have the locking connectors removed from the framing.

    To me it looks like it is a solder-less join but when I pull on the connector I am not seeing any give!

    Has anyone replaced a ballast on this model with some tips?
