he is a juvenile powder brown, only about 3 inches in length.. My tank is 36 inches long.
he will be fine in here until I upgrade to my proposed 120 when I move from here.

Isn't my son incredible? I was there when the got the basketball signed by Big Al, although Aubie would have been more to my liking. ;D

"Troll Tide" - I've trained him well!!!

Karma for the powder brown rescue!

Your tank looks awesome! Love the new corals.

I bought a stand from Aquarium Imports in Hoover the other day and took a glance at their corals. They had a sweet hammer coral. I wanted it, but I don't have water in my tank yet!

I wondered if it was. I will be setting my tank up today (38g) so I have a while before I can buy corals. I'm sure he'll have another in the future (or atleast I hope so)!

Are his prices on fish and corals fair? I didn't ask prices, but even so this is my first reef/sw tank so I wouldn't know what fair is...haha.

    Sweet silver xenia!

yes, they have good prices for an LFS. The thing I like about them is that its only 2 guys who own the place and one other guy who works there.. They know what they are talking about and will give you honest recommendations. For example, I wanted to buy a buffer from them and the one I picked out was about $30 more than the basic one and they recommended the basic one because its better for less money. Also they take very good care of their fish. If they have a species that needs proper acclimation, they keep it for 2 weeks and then will sell it to you to make sure its healthy and alive. I highly recommend these guys..

Their prices are very reasonable and my step dad works on Steve's "play" cars so I get a little discount. My step dad doesn't like to go in there with me 'cause he says Steve hits him up everytime about doing something to his cars...lol..but I drag him anyway :) .

Like the xenias, gonna be doing any fragging later on? They grow pretty quick.
