    And advice on which protein skimmer to get for my 75g bowfront aquarium. I have a Megaflow Modle 2 sump. I have been considering putting cheeto (sorry, dont know how to spell it) in the sump and getting a HOB skimmer. Thanks for the help/advice

    I would consider an in sump skimmer over the HOB models for a tank that size. I would suggest an Eshopps PSK-100 or PSK-150.

    Here's a few more cents... I use a octopuss 100 bh skimmer on my tank i know its only a nano at 28gal.. But being back hang it pulled skim mate out with 20 min of running..

    Differance here is the pump doesn't go into your tank so less heat but its bigger for your tank. Of course i read the reviews on this one and well every one loves it..
    and keep in mind just food for thought..
