    also these fish eat the free swimming copepods. when my banggais breed they wipe my whole tank of pods! then i have to replenish the system for the babes

    Did some feeding tonight of Mysis and the Banggai went crazy for it! Thanks for the tips everyone.

    +1 to Rods - best stuff out there. Very rich and has enough small stuff that it provides food for corals too.

    Glad the mysis worked for ya. All my fish love the PE Mysis and I also feed rods.

    I just got one about a week ago, and so far the only thing I've really seen him eat is frozen mysis and brine. He doesn't care for the pellets I feed the other guys.

    agree rods is a staple of what i feed. i mix other stuff in with it but always rods, i buy different mixes of the rods. it seems the fish like them all. local store just got the rods plankton in. i have aded that to the feedings
