    Put them each in their own layer in the same file
    Open the "animation" window
    in the upper right of the animation window there is an expand icon with an arrow pointing down. left click on that. Use the "make frames from layers".
    Now set the amount of time you want each frame to stay up, do this by adjusting the time under the frame in the "animation(frame)" window.
