It is a dry heat, yeah right !
I am very happy it all turned out well. I am sure she made quite the audible sound on the floor being that size.

    Thanks, 55g.

Yeah...I didn't want to come off too dramatic about it, but it was a bad deal. I'm pretty good in an emergency, but if I wasn't home at the time...

    Thank you John.

Yeah, it was, Cheryl. She went through the glass lid and a piece or styrofoam that was on top of that. Luckily, the glass didn't break. I think a back to the canopy is in order.

The picture is from this morning, you can see the superficial damage on her side from where I dragged her along the hardwood floor. She was stuck for a while.

That would have been a big loss. I'm glad you were there and that she is apparently going to be o.k. :)

Just got home from work and fed her a couple of small scallops. She seemed a little more alert than this morning.
So far looks to be only external damage, the next few days will tell. My living room smells like a fish. :p

Hi! I stumbled on this post from your reply to "Best Underwater Camera." These photos blew me away! I can't believe you are taking them with a $300 camera! They are absolutely stunning. If you can teach me how to use my $1300 Nikon to take the same types of pics I'd be a happy girl. ;)
