Yea, I saw that in your thread, Vinny. Come to think of it, what's odd is that there is no bubble algae in the sump. Another reason why I think more flow is better. ;)

What you're saying makes sense to me, as low flow, low light is the only position I haven't tried yet. I moved it to a location slightly under an overhang with lower flow. We'll see how it does! Thanks.

I was skeptical about Emeralds eating it but I have seen them mow it down like grass and I have had them in several tanks and never had issues with them going rogue.

The last time I had an Emerald, its started tearing apart corals. When I saw it rip apart my first Dendro, it became trigger food.

No clue. Maybe they get enough to eat in your tank. I think mine was a teenager. It was an act of defiance.

    Here since I promised lol
The size increases and decreases for no apparent reason. Was once larger than the disc it's on, now it's half of it.

Thanks for the pics. Mine looked a little better in the new location, but it's hard to tell in just a day. It did look more like your when it opened up. It hasn't receded at all, so hopefully it likes it's new home.

After only two weeks of higher return pump flow, the bubble algae is starting to fade away. With 155 gallons of display tanks, and 180 gallons of sump, I wanted more water to pass by the macro algae, and more turnover through the DT's. Because of the large sump volume, I wouldn't consider it high flow, but the system needed more flow to reach it's full potential.

A local reefer was selling acan frags, so I had to pick one up. Very unique color. Dipped in Bayer Insect killer last night, then fed it Azox macro food. Fed it Nutramar ova this morning, and it ate very well.
