Oops. Missed this. SG is 1.026, and I have been using a JBJ ATO for a long time. I'm going to order the pressure switch for my Reef Angel soon, though.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !

    Hmmm. Thanks for the reply.

I notice I get better PE around 1.026 than 1.025-.024. I tried to keep it a tad lower because the tank has been running hotter. Guess I will go back to 1.026.

Yes you are right I do really like the war corals, but honestly I like all your Dendros quite a bit as well.

Well be interesting to see the changes to lighting. Do your friends corals actually have better coloration or does the LED make the coloration appear better, does that make sense?

I would say that the light makes the corals appear better. He only had the new LED's on them for a short time.

With the Taotronics, the 50/50 blue white combo does not look that good. Some colors, like pink, don't show up very well. The LPS look awesome with just the blues on, though. I would like to be able to make the fixture controllable, and add a couple of strips of colored LED's. In person, the color on the frag tank with the multi color PAR bulbs looks MUCH better than the DT.

Where did you get the acclimation box from. I've been thinking about getting one since I lost the Potter's Leopard.

Its not an acclimation box, Its a in tank refugium from fosters... lol. I just use a mesh topping on top of it with a piece of LR on top to hold it in spot. Works great cause it has small holes in the sides. Comes witha pump to so dual usage when done acclimating fish.

I could make you one if you want. I bent some acrylic today and I feel like a total rockstar. I'm making an acclimation box maybe tomorrow I'll send you the link.

I saw that. 8) Flame the edges with a torch and you'll be a super rock star! Good idea, too. Probe holders aren't cheap. I'll wait for the link. I was able to assemble my Avast protein skimmer myself. An in-tank acclimation box shouldn't be too hard since it doesn't need to hold water like an aquarium. A fish trap would be a good idea, too.
