Thanks, Steve! ;D I wouldn't say that red in and of itself is more expensive, rather, anything with a "rainbow" of colors. Same with Scoly's, the tie dyed bleeding apple types are very pricey. Actually, I'm on the lookout for more non-red acans to get other colors besides red.

thats interesting because I recently got some blues and some green Acans for about 12 bucks per colony, but the vendor wanted 20 bucks for any of them that had red in there?

Oh, cool! You got the RP frag. Boy that was quick. Nice one and nice color,congrats.

 

A local reefer had asked about the growth rate of RP's a few months ago, so whenever I ran across an interesting thread, I would send him a link. I didn't have much interest in SPS, but I started learning more about them and gained a greater appreciation. When I saw how nice your RP was, and a local guy had some nice frags for sale, I had to get one. Destiny, I guess.

 

Got a nice picture of my Blueline Trigger. One of my FOWLR's was started around this guy. Not the easiest to keep attitude-wise, but he's doing great.

 

Just wanted to share some pictures of Big Mamma. She's about 22" long now, and about 2-1/2" thick. The Lunar Wrasse in with her has beautiful colorings, but it's too fast for my camera to capture. Which, coincidentally, is why the wrasse is still alive.

 

Awesome fish man. Looks like a monster.
