    Looks like you put a lot of thought into it. The new island is similar to the first but not quite. Flatter top, more room for those sps frags.

    Good eye Cheryl. I wanted something to complement the center, but be a little taller for SPS that would appreciate a bit more light. I couldn't find the rock I had made up in my mind of course. This one was close, but I had to cut the bottom off of the upper rock and re-glue the pieces around the perimeter to make it wider and flatter. Turned out pretty good, I think. Top part is 14" x 16".

    Very good thank you!! Herbie gave me quite the scare on Christmas.He changed barnacles on me after a year of residence and i thought he had perished. He has since moved back though.You??

    Our LFS has a Barnacle Blenny. Never realized how small they are. Very cool little guy though.

    Things here have been good. Spending more time with the Husky puppy than the reef tank lately. Those dogs can be very demanding lol. The reef is in more of a growout mode, so not as much work and more enjoyment. We are planning to build a house in the next year or two, so it may have to all come down.
