    Use the head loss calculator and count all your turns, exits, and valves.

    I have a 200 gal system with a 120 gal display upstairs and two 40 gal tanks in the basement by the sump. All are feed with a PanWorld 250PS. I have 15 ft of head and about a total of 40 ft of horizontal with 6 exit points with Loc line.

    You need to consider everything so you don't undersize. You can get a gate valve to dial the flow back, but if you go too low, it's just more $$$ to get it right. I know because I started with a PanWorld 200PS and had to change them out.
