    Its a type of Scinaia, most likely Scinaia companata. its fairly sow growing and can be trimmed with out hurting it so it won;t take over your tank. I used to have a bunch of it growing back when I had my 16 gallon Nano tank.

    You can frag it by cutting off pieces of it and putting them in a plastic bag and mailing it to me! I will pm you with my address and pay postage, LOL

    I've seen that today at my LFS, but I don't know its name. It is a really pretty algae. I think kcbrad also bought some of this bit ago to put in her fuge.
